This prestigious invite-only national organization is compromised of trial lawyers and judges who must have tried at least 10 civil jury trials as lead counsel, exhibit high standards of integrity and civility. Membership is based on election and nomination from peers. There are less than 100 members in Wisconsin. “ABOTA is a leading organization in the fight to preserve and protect Americans’ Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial, support judicial independence, and promote civility and professionalism by members of the bar and bench.” [1]
