Jill Heiderich, LKG’s most experienced paralegal, who has worked with the firm’s partners for upwards of 13 years, recently authored and published her first book, “The Spirit of Cancer.” In 2018, Jill was unexpectedly diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Despite her illness, Jill remained positive, optimistic and motivated. She continued working diligently to serve the firm’s clients and more importantly, remained steadfast in her role as the mother to her two children as well as a wife to her husband. “The Spirit of Cancer” documents Jill’s journey through this tumultuous time period of her life and provides hope, guidance and encouragement to all. Her personal reflections, immense positivity and introspection provides an uplifting perspective on family, love, life and self-improvement. Her book is a testament to her strong character, moral integrity and immeasurable heart. LKG is so proud of Jill’s accomplishment and honored to have her part of the team.
