Aaron Birnbaum is an associate at LKG specializing in medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. Aaron earned his undergraduate degree from the University Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Political Science and Pre-Law. He then spent a year in Chicago clerking for a large firm before moving back to Wisconsin to attend law school at Marquette University Law School. After earning his law degree in 2004, Aaron spent thirteen years in general practice focusing primarily on employment discrimination litigation. Over those years, he honed his skills as a resourceful negotiator, seasoned litigator, and dedicated advocate for his clients. Prior to joining LKG, Aaron spent five years working in post-judgment litigation for a prominent Milwaukee firm. In addition to his practice, Aaron has been committed to the Wisconsin Mock Trial program, participating in high school, earning an All-American Witness award in college, and continuing to volunteer as judge and coach in his career. In his free time, Aaron enjoys getting outside for long runs, supporting local live music, and discovering new restaurants around Milwaukee.
