Jacob Klippel is an Associate Attorney at Leib Knott Gaynor, specializing in medical malpractice defense and civil litigation. As a litigation attorney, he has defended healthcare providers and other professionals throughout the State of Wisconsin in matters related to malpractice, licensing board matters, and general negligence. Prior to joining Leib Knott Gaynor, Jacob practiced for a Midwest civil defense firm, focusing his practice on workers’ compensation matters.
Jacob earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (2020, cum laude). Jacob then went on to earn his law degree from Marquette University Law School (2023). During law school, Jacob worked as a law clerk for a Milwaukee firm that specialized in medical malpractice litigation. He additionally served as a Public Interest Law Society Fellow with the Milwaukee Justice Center, where he assisted in providing legal services to members of the greater Milwaukee community.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys cheering on his favorite sports teams, including the Bucks, Packers, Brewers, and Chelsea Football Club. He is an avid foodie, and takes any opportunity he can to explore the Milwaukee area food scene.
